Writes like a human
You can find all kinds of human-created web content via the Internet Phone Book. It's specifically focused on personal / creative / solopreneur sites, not big corporations. I REALLY wish I had been able to get a physical copy of volume 1; hopefully I can get volume 2! (It is, alas, not back in stock anymore as the preview says.)
The service uses a neat little dialer—you can look up someone who seems interesting in the Internet Phone Book and then, on the IPB website, punch in a code to go right to their site.

As I mentioned in the previous edition of this newsletter, the chill/lo-fi/background beats corner of YouTube is rife with AI slop. This duo literally labels all of their content as fully human made and they're also adorable:

I recognize the irony in sending you YouTube links when talking about de-slopping, but there's still a lot of good human stuff on there...it's just harder to find. Lizi Phoenix is an artist who does regular videos focused on simple paint doodles (you can also do them with pens) that are meant to help you stop scrolling and get into a flow/zen state. They're quite fun to follow along with, and she also has a very calming presence:
